Terri A. Sweeney

Terri A. Sweeney is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and elder care. Currently serving as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Synchrony Rehab since November 2018, Terri also founded Patriot Companion Assistance in June 2018, providing safe transport and companionship for elderly individuals in Massachusetts. In addition, Terri supports the Duxbury Fire Department as a Shelter Liaison, assisting those displaced by natural disasters. Prior experience includes providing occupational therapy at Lifecare Centers of America from October 2008 to June 2017 and Carelink from March 2001 to April 2008. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Purdue Global and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the Community College of Rhode Island.
