Carlos Pliego

Carlos Pliego is an experienced risk engineering professional currently serving as the Managing Director at Paragon Risk Engineering since November 2012, where responsibilities include new business development and management of the Engineering Team across Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and the Caribbean. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Loss Control Services Manager at Chubb Insurance from May 2007 to November 2012, managing a team focused on risk assessment and improvement strategies. Carlos also worked as a Senior Consultant - Field Engineer at FM Global from May 2002 to May 2007, performing in-depth risk analysis for various facilities. Carlos holds degrees in Ingeniería en Sistemas Electrónicos and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively.
