Steven Germano

Steven Germano is a seasoned professional in property loss control and risk management consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Paragon Risk Engineering since January 2009. Previously, Steven held a similar position at Royal & Sun Alliance from 1997 to 2009 and began a career in loss prevention at FM Global, where employment spanned from 1981 to 1997. At FM Global, Steven specialized in various sectors including universities, data centers, and high-rises, also contributing as Assistant Manager and Project Engineer in the Systems Section. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University at Buffalo and has prior education from Stony Brook University and Centereach High School.
