Aaron Bolton

Aaron Bolton serves as the Head of Corporate Functions at Paragon Search Partners, leading the Corporate Functions Executive Search practice for Alternative Investment businesses since July 2025. Previously, Aaron held the position of Director at Integral Search from February 2022 to June 2025, focusing on global executive search for Alternative Funds, specifically in Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Corporate Governance. From October 2010 to February 2022, Aaron was the Head of European Practice (Ex-UK) and Finance at Black Swan Group, where a new desk was launched to facilitate client growth across Europe. Aaron also led the Singapore Office of Black Swan Group, specializing in recruitment for Compliance, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations divisions within Financial Services. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant specializing in Compliance & Risk at Badenoch & Clark and holding the role of City Manager - Events Promoter at Taking Liberties. Aaron holds a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University and a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries from NTUC LearningHub.
