Bruce Card has a diverse work experience starting in 1981 when they served as an Officer in the US Air Force until 2004. Bruce then joined Dynamic Research Corp. in 2004 as a Sr Business Analyst until 2006. In 2008, they started working at Paragon Technology Group, where they held various roles including Vice President, DOD Operations, Executive Vice President, and Vice President and General Manager, DOD Operations. In 2013, they became the President and CEO of Paragon Technology Group.

Bruce Card obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, graduating in 1980. Bruce later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, completing their studies in 1993.
