John Richter

John Richter has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. John began their career at Performance Food Group as a Shipping Supervisor from December 2005 to April 2012. John then joined Family Dollar Distribution Center, where they served as a Department Manager from July 2012 to January 2014, an Inventory Control Manager from January 2014 to March 2016, and an Operations Manager from March 2016 to April 2018. John later worked at Sweetwater as the Director of Outbound Operations from April 2018 to May 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC since September 2023, with no specified end date.

John Richter attended Ball State University from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Health Science with a focus on Health Science and Physiology.
