Dave Botts

Dave Botts has extensive experience in sales and business development within the water systems industry, currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Paragon Water Systems Inc since March 2018. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Global Business Development Leader at 3M from 2013 to February 2018, where significant customer relations were developed in the Food Service Markets. Dave also served as Vice President OEM Markets at CUNO Inc., a 3M Company, from 2005 to 2012, focusing on new business development and managing key account relationships with leading OEM appliance manufacturers. Earlier in their career, Dave was involved in multiple high-level roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at WTC Industries Inc., overseeing various aspects of startup business ventures. Dave's academic background includes a degree from Idaho State University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
