Ariella Astasia Raust has significant experience in product innovation and development within the cosmetic industry, currently serving as the Corporate Technology and Science Innovation Lead at ParagonCorp since November 2018. Throughout various roles at ParagonCorp, including Senior Head of Product Development and Head of Product Development, Ariella successfully launched LABORÉ, a sensitive skin product featuring Microbiome Technology™. Previously, Ariella held positions in product development and scientific research at PT Dankos Farma and Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Co. Ariella holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology and a Profession degree in Apothecary from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
