Saniy Shabrina

Saniy Shabrina has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at ParagonCorp since September 2016 in various leadership roles, including Head of Human Resource Business Partner for Brand Business and New Core Organization, Head of Human Resources for Commercial and Malaysia, and Head of Paragon University. In these positions, Saniy has been responsible for managing a corporate university, facilitating strategic discussions with the Innovation Directorate, and developing competencies-based learning programs. Saniy also held a position as a Program Development Executive, focusing on comprehensive learning processes aligned with corporate goals. Additionally, Saniy completed an internship at PT. ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR, where problem-solving and analytical skills were applied to maintenance strategies. Saniy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, obtained in 2016.
