Art Garadecki

Art Garadecki has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2018 when they were a Paralegal Intern at Verkhovodko and Partners LLC. In 2020, they became a Sales Executive at Abiatec Software Development Company, where they were responsible for full-cycle sales and lead generation. In 2021, Art began working at The Midas Accelerator as a Product Manager, researching similar local companies and their value propositions. Art also started working at Paralect as a Product Manager, leading teams working on two internal products. Art was responsible for launching the MVP within 3 months and worked with employees and internal stakeholders to identify the product's roadmap. Art was also a Sales Development Representative and Team Lead at Paralect, performing cold outreach and managing HubSpot CRM. Art was recognized as the fastest growing Paralect employee of 2021.

Art Garadecki obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Commercial Law from Belarusian State University in 2020. Art then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing from the School of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, Art obtained a certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot in November 2020.
