Jason F. has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career in 2003 as an Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training Student. In 2005 they joined Air Education and Training Command as a T-6A Instructor Pilot and Flight Examiner, Operations Group Standardization & Evaluations Liaison and T-6A Instructor Pilot and Flight Examiner, Standardization & Evaluation Monitor. In 2009 they moved to Pacific Air Forces as an A-10 Pilot, Assistant Chief of Weapons & Tactics. In 2011 they joined U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa as an A-10 Pilot, Chief of Standardization & Evaluations and Chief of Mobility/Readiness. In 2013 they moved to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as a Joint Close Air Support Project Manager & Systems Analyst. In 2015 they joined the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center as a Program Manager and Analysis, Capabilities & Test Branch Chief/Program Manager. In 2019 they moved to USSOCOM as a Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) Operational Test & Evaluation Chief and Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Operational Test & Evaluation Chief. Finally, in 2022 they will join the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center as a Materiel Leader/Branch Chief.
Jason F. has a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science and Mathematics (Minor) from the University of North Dakota, which they obtained in 2003. Jason then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Webster University in 2008. After that, they completed the USAF Air Command and Staff College in 2015, followed by the USAF Air War College in 2022. Jason also has certifications from the Defense Acquisition University, Federal Aviation Administration, and the United States Department of Defense.
