Suraj Ram, MD, MBA has been working in the medical field since 2013. Suraj began their career as a Resident Physician at UC Davis Medical Center in 2013. In 2016, they worked as a Healthcare Informatics Consultant at Detroit Medical Informatics, Consultant at CenseoHealth, and Healthcare Informatics Consultant at Optimum Healthcare IT and CTG - Computer Task Group. In 2017, they worked as a Physician Support Consultant at MedDocLive, Healthcare Informatics Consultant at Blue Eagle Consulting, Inc, and Chief of Medical Informatics at Parallax Enterprises, LLC. Suraj also worked as an Internal Medicine Resident at Roger Williams Medical Center in 2018. Currently, they are working as a Hospitalist at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital since 2021.

Suraj Ram, MD, MBA obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Boston University in 2008. Suraj then obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University in 2003. In 2018, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Suraj is also board certified in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, which they will obtain in October 2022.
