Lauren Cleary

Lauren Cleary has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Lauren most recently served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Parallel Consulting, where they specialized in technology recruitment on a global scale. Prior to this, Lauren worked as an Internal Recruiter at Westbourne Partners and a Recruitment Consultant at Higher The Talent. Lauren also gained valuable experience in talent acquisition as a Recruitment Associate at SAP. In addition, Lauren has retail experience as a Sales Assistant at Bentalls and Sainsbury's. Lauren also had the opportunity to work as a Legal Secretary at PwC, where they gained insight into the operations of a well-established accountancy firm.

Lauren Cleary attended St Philomena's High School from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained 4 A Levels and 10 GCSE's. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Surrey from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management.
