Yaad Grossman has extensive work experience in various roles related to radar simulation and development.

Starting in 2012, Yaad worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Sky Sapience before moving on to Applied Materials in 2013. At Applied Materials, Yaad held positions as both a Product Support Engineer and a Product Support Development Engineer, responsible for ensuring new products were ready for support, including designing for serviceability and developing support infrastructures and diagnostic tools.

In 2016, Yaad transitioned to Orbotech as an Application Engineer, before joining General Motors in 2017. At General Motors, Yaad initially worked as a Performance Analyst and Experiment Engineer, responsible for analyzing and testing radar systems. Later, Yaad moved into a role focused on developing radar simulations using the UE4 engine and integrating them with Matlab and Python for the company's autonomous vehicle platform.

In 2021, Yaad joined AutoBrains Technologies (formerly Cartica AI) as a Radar Fusion Product Engineer, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Yaad holds the position of Radar Simulation Developer at Parallel Domain, beginning in March 2022.

Yaad Grossman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Yaad studied at the institution from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in October 2012.
