Maxwell Kauker has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Axxon Motors in 2015. Maxwell then worked as a Product Development Assistant at Inboard Technology Inc. the same year. In 2016, they returned to Inboard Technology Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering Intern and R&D Lab Technician. In 2019, they became a Team Lead at Solid Rocket Motor Research, and also worked as a Machine Shop Lab Monitor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
