Suzanne Elovic

Suzanne Elovic is the current President & Head of Partnerships at Parallel Markets. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Carta from November 2019 to May 2021. Elovic has also held the position of Managing Director, Americas Head of Regulatory Compliance at UBS from March 2013 to October 2019. Before that, they served as the Head of US Regulatory Inquiries at MF Global from September 2011 to February 2012. In this role, they were responsible for all points of contact between the Firm and its regulators – including SEC, CFTC, CME, FINRA and CBOE.

Elovic began their career as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office from August 1991 to April 1997. Suzanne then went on to serve as Chief Counsel at FINRA from April 1999 to May 2011.

Suzanne Elovic attended Brandeis University for their B.A. in English and American Literature. Suzanne then went on to attend Cardozo School of Law for their J.D. in Law.

They are on a team with Nicholas Goss - Co-Founder & COO, Brian Muller - Co-Founder & CTO. Suzanne Elovic reports to Tony Peccatiello, Co-Founder & CEO.
