Maximo Zuñiga Encarnacion

Maximo Zuñiga Encarnacion is an experienced systems engineer with a diverse background in telecommunications. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Parallel Wireless since June 2017, Maximo contributes to global telecom advancements and the implementation of cloud-native OpenRAN solutions in Latin America. Prior roles include Consulting Systems Engineer at Cisco, specializing in technical sales support for small cell and self-optimizing network solutions, as well as Operations and Maintenance Manager at Olo Internet, overseeing WiMAX network reliability. Maximo's career includes significant technical leadership positions at Nokia Siemens Networks and Motorola Solutions, where responsibilities involved system implementation and support for WiMAX networks across the Caribbean and Latin America. Maximo began a career in engineering at Instituto Geofisico del Peru, focusing on seismographic network operations. Maximo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
