Pim Grondstra

Pim Grondstra is an experienced supply chain and operations leader with a significant track record in various management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain at Parallel Wireless since February 2022, Pim oversees the S&OP process and leads sales order meetings to optimize fulfillment rates. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Operations at AQYR Technologies, where Pim directed assembly and manufacturing engineering activities and led successful ISO9001 certification efforts. As Sr. Director of Manufacturing and Operations at Lantos Technologies, Pim increased production yields significantly and implemented cost reduction plans. Additional roles include Director of Supply Chain at Mevion Medical Systems and Global Sourcing Manager at GT Solar.
