Emmanuel Iduma has held various roles in the field of human resources, starting with their current position as People Operations Lead at Parallex Bank. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic and operational direction of HR Shared Services, as well as the implementation of rewards and recognition policies. Emmanuel also focuses on team building through selective recruiting, training, coaching, and succession planning.
