Cheryl Fairley

Cheryl Fairley, MHA, FACMPE, has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Parallon since April 2016, focusing on Physician Shared Services in the back office. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Interim CEO at Unity Health on Main, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Board to establish a nonprofit clinic for underserved populations. As Vice President of Network Operations at Bon Secours Health System, Cheryl managed operations for a multispecialty medical group with an annual operating budget exceeding $210 million. Further experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Mountain Management Services and Director of Physician Practice Operations at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, among others. Cheryl holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lenoir-Rhyne College.
