Erika Hedalen

Erika Hedalen is an experienced healthcare professional, currently serving as an HIM Specialist at Parallon since February 2024. Previously, Erika held the position of Patient Services Manager at Quest Diagnostics from September 2017 to April 2023, overseeing multiple patient service locations. With a robust background at StayWell from June 2000 to July 2016, Erika progressed through various roles, including Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included client relationship management and project delivery for national wellness programs. Erika also coordinated wellness services for large client organizations and engaged in program implementation and health education. Additionally, Erika has experience as a Heart Health Educator for the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation and began the career as a Courier at FedEx. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion/Wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
