Joe Roddy serves as executive vice president and chief project officer for Parallon. He is responsible for building on-time delivery of mission critical systems in Parallon's strategic project and implementation project portfolios, as well as spearheading change and project management standards, methodologies, tools and processes across Parallon.
Joe has 15 years of management experience in manufacturing, engineering specialties, healthcare and IT. Prior to his current role, Joe was vice president of Project Services for HCA, implementing the Health Information Management Shared Services initiative, program leadership and ICD-10 compliance efforts. He helped lead the charge on technology implementation across HCA for case management and led other key initiatives including the creation of an Operations Project Management infrastructure and a Project Management methodology.
Joe is a member of the Project Management Institute. He invests in his community as a board member at the Davis House Child Advocacy Center in Nashville. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
