Mason Roberts, FSA, MBA, is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as the Head of Actuarial & Insights Modeling at Paramean Solutions since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Analytics and Reporting at HarmonyCares, where Mason led the Clinical Analytics team to provide actionable insights through predictive models, and Associate Director at Humana, managing the Value-Based Optimization team. Mason's career also encompasses significant actuarial analysis experience at Milliman and Humana, alongside leadership roles in sustainability and community development initiatives, including founding Louisville Grows and serving as Executive Director. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a degree in Mathematics with a focus on Probability Theory and Actuarial Science from the University of Louisville.
