Carolien Brasser

Carolien Brasser is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Since January 2014, Carolien has served as Manager of Human Resources at Paramelt B.V., a global producer of wax blends and specialty dispersions. Prior to this role, Carolien spent over 14 years at Forbo Flooring B.V., initially as HR Advisor and subsequently as HR Manager, where responsibilities included implementing HR policies and managing recruitment processes. Earlier career experience includes working as an Executive Secretary at Koninklijke Nederlandse Hoogovens en Staalfabrieken (now Tata Steel). Carolien holds a bachelor's degree in Higher Vocational Education in Human Resources Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has completed various professional courses.
