Anand Venkataraman

Anand Venkataraman, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Anand is currently the Head of Benchmark and Indices Product Management at Parameta Solutions since May 2022. Prior to this, Anand worked at STOXX Ltd. from May 2018 to April 2022, where they were involved in Product Management for Indices and Benchmarks. Anand also had their own entrepreneurial venture as the Founder and Director of Avant Garde EduFinTech Private Limited from August 2015 to April 2018. Anand's financial expertise also includes roles at Citi as a Director from October 2012 to July 2015, and at Barclays Capital as a Director and Associate Director from March 2011 to October 2012 and from October 2007 to March 2011, respectively. Anand has also worked as a Senior Manager at Infosys BPO from March 2005 to October 2007, as an AVP at Analec Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from September 2003 to January 2005, as a Senior Analyst at ICRA Ltd. from October 2001 to September 2003, and as a Senior Analyst at American Express India Ltd. from May 2001 to October 2001. Anand started their career as a Senior Executive at Honda Siel Cars India Ltd from December 1997 to May 1999.

Anand Venkataraman, CFA, obtained a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they earned a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1993 to 1997. Anand completed their high school education at DTEA from 1981 to 1993. Anand also holds additional certifications including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in 2019. Anand passed the CFA Level 1 Examination in August 2017 and the CFA Level 2 Examination in August 2018.
