David Pennington

David joined Parametrix in 2017 and is the vice president of Infrastructure and Environmental Services for the Southwest region including offices in Albuquerque, NM and Salt Lake City, UT. He has 20 years of experience providing transportation planning services for transit, urban and rural highways, municipal streets, and NEPA analysis and documentation projects. David is responsible for growing the transportation and environmental services in New Mexico and Utah as well as further developing the firm’s presence in Colorado and Arizona.
