Virendra Malpe

Virendra Malpe has a varied and extensive work experience. Virendra is currently the Director of Business Development at Paramount Cables since January 2019. Prior to that, from May 2016 to January 2019, they worked as a Consultant for their own company. Before that, they held various roles at Tata Communications from 1996 to 2016. These roles include Head of International Business Planning, Head of Network Capacity Planning (International), Senior Manager for International Network Acquisition, Manager for Network Implementation, and Senior Engineer for Voice Engineering. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic engagement, network design, capacity management, network expansion projects, procurement strategy, relationships with international partners, negotiation and contract management, cost reduction, and customer bid support.

Virendra Malpe completed an Executive MBA in Operations Management at S P Jain School of Global Management from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from COEP Technological University from 1991 to 1993. Virendra also holds a certification in ITIL v3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
