Paul Chabot

Paul Chabot has extensive experience in security and emergency management. Paul currently serves as the NE Portfolio Director of Security and Emergency Management at Paramount Group, where they oversee security operations for multiple Class A office buildings in New York and Washington, D.C. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing best practices to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.

Prior to their current position, Chabot held various leadership roles in the field of fire and life safety. Paul served as the Vice President of Operations at Life Safety Resources, where they ensured the safety of citizens through the enforcement of fire codes for residential and commercial facilities. Paul also conducted inspections and investigations of fire and life safety code violations.

Chabot has experience in directing security operations in different settings. Paul served as the Director of Security at both Bush Terminal - Industry City and Washington's Union Station / WUS-PSC, where they coordinated security activities and aimed to create safe and welcoming environments.

Additionally, Chabot worked as the Director of Corporate Administration at BET Networks, where they directed security, fire, and life safety for the Black Entertainment Television Network's corporate headquarters. Paul established organizational goals, policies, and standard operating procedures to ensure the highest level of security and overall safety.

Before their leadership roles, Chabot gained experience as a fire fighter at the City of Hudson Fire Department. Paul also held positions related to fire and life safety at the Edison Ballroom, IPS, and 47th Street Management.

Chabot's work experience also includes serving as the Operations Director at Riverview Cafe.

Paul Chabot obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fire Science Technology from the University at Albany, SUNY, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later, in 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Certificate in Fire Science/Fire-Fighting at John Jay College (CUNY).
