Amanda brings more than 20 years in human resource leadership experience to her role where she is responsible for working with all employees on both a resort and corporate level to create a culture focused on service excellence and employee satisfaction.
Amanda has worked for a variety of well-regarded hospitality companies over the course of her career. Prior to her current position, she has worked with brands such as Westin, Wyndham, Hilton and luxury brands, Grand Bohemian as well as Waldorf Astoria. She has been responsible for the overall operation of human resources and successfully improved team member engagement throughout her career. She has been a part of independent hotel companies such as Metro, Fairmount and Yedla Hotel Management companies. She possesses experience in opening teams as she played an integral role in developing company policy, procedure and structure.
Amanda pursued Business Administration, Human Resources Management studies at the University of Phoenix and is a certified Trainer with the American Lodging and Educational Institute and has been recognized by the Orlando community for her charitable work with students involved in the annual events such as student “Teach In” programs and DECA.
Amanda is passionate about employee relations and leadership development and she believes that employee selection is key to success. Being bilingual has always enabled her to bridge and extend her connection with employees at all levels of the organizations.
