Brent Clemens

Brent Clemens is a Managing Director and Partner at Paramount Lodging Advisors. In his current role, Mr. Clemens specializes in the sales and marketing of individual and portfolio hotel transactions throughout the United States.

With 10+ years of hospitality experience, Mr. Clemens has been involved in the sale of over 200 hotel assets over $1.5 billion+ and has serviced clients including Blackstone, Citizens Bank, Colony Capital, Condor Hospitality Trust, Garrison Investments, Kinseth Hospitality, LNR Partners, TMI Hospitality, Torchlight Investors, as well as numerous regional hotel groups.

Mr. Clemens is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and Massachusetts.
