Vishal Indalkar

Vishal Indalkar possesses extensive experience in the rubber and polymers industry, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Paramount Polymers Private Limited since March 2021. Prior to this role, Vishal held various positions at Zenith Industrial Rubber Products Pvt Ltd from December 2014 to February 2021, including Assistant Manager and Head of Department for Mixing. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Hira Industries LLC from May 2012 to November 2014 and as a Production & Quality Junior Executive at Gold Seal SaarGummi India from March 2009 to February 2012. Vishal holds a Post Diploma in Rubber Technology from Government Polytechnic, Mumbai, completed between 2005 and 2008.
