Joe Deerin

Joe Deerin is an accomplished professional in the real estate industry with over three decades of experience. As the Owner and Broker of Record at Deerin Companies since January 2015, Joe Deerin is responsible for asset management and strategic planning for the Deerin Portfolio properties. Additionally, Joe Deerin has served as Owner, President, Broker of Record, and Senior Property Manager for LMS Commercial Real Estate since July 1996, overseeing the LMS, PMA, and Deerin Portfolio properties. Prior to these roles, Joe Deerin gained valuable experience as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent at Urban Retail Properties from 1990 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BA in Economics from Denison University.
