Charmaine Grills, B.A. (Hon), CPSA, is a seasoned surface land administrator with extensive experience in oil and gas industries. Currently serving as a Senior Surface Land Administrator at Paramount Resources since September 2021, Charmaine manages a range of responsibilities, including community engagement and compliance for Central Alberta projects. Previous roles include Surface Land Administrator at NuVista Energy Ltd., where project coordination was key, and contract positions at Paramount Resources and Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd., focusing on land disposition and file management.
