Donna Orcherton

Donna Orcherton, BA, PLP, is an experienced payroll and HR management professional with a solid background in the field. Currently serving as the Manager of Payroll & HRMS at Paramount Resources since November 2021, Donna previously held the position of Payroll Manager for Canada and the US at Graham from April 2020 to November 2021. Prior experiences include Payroll Manager for North America at Worley, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll processes during a transition stemming from Jacobs Canada's acquisition. Donna's extensive career began at Jacobs, spanning from June 1995 to 2019, where roles included Payroll Manager Canada, Craft Payroll Supervisor, and Senior Craft Payroll Administrator. Earlier in the career trajectory, Donna worked as a recruiter at Roevin from January 1994 to June 1995. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from the University of Calgary.
