Elise Ben-Yair is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CBS Interactive, overseeing HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisitions and People Operations. Elise joined CBS Interactive in this role in 2018, supporting various business goals and working with her team to create a diverse and engaging culture.
Ben-Yair began her HR career on GE’s HRLP program and supported a number of acquisitions and mergers for NBC, designing compensation programs and building HR information systems. During her long tenure at NBCUniversal, she supported brands across entertainment, news, film, digital media and native digital businesses. Ben-Yair was the VP of People supporting BuzzFeed’s Entertainment Group, which makes videos, posts, and quizzes across a variety of distribution platforms.
Ben-Yair holds a BA in Spanish from Furman University and an MA in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
