Michael C.

Michael C. has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Detective Lieutenant at the Paramus Police Department since July 2001, transitioning through various roles including Detective Sergeant and Police Officer. In addition to policing duties, Michael C. is an Advisory Board Member for the Parent Council at James Madison University and owns Gem Sports, LLC, specializing in screen-printing, DTG, and embroidery since February 2009. Leadership roles include serving as President of The New Jersey Police Honor Legion from January 2021 to January 2023, and President of PARAMUS PBA LOCAL 186 from May 2009 to October 2017, where responsibilities included contract negotiations and policy development. Academically, Michael C. holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Saint Peter's University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at Seton Hall University.
