Mattia Rüfenacht

Mattia Rüfenacht has a long and varied work experience. Mattia began their career in 2010 as a Trainee and Private Banking Consultant at Raiffeisen Switzerland. In 2016, they moved to Swisscom as a Business Process Operations Operator. In 2017, they Co-Founded suncrowd. In 2019, they took on multiple roles, including Partner at TREA Ventures GmbH, Advisor at Fairwalter AG and Accounto AG, and Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager at PARASHIFT - Intelligent Document Processing. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of betascale AG, Switzerland's first SaaS company factory.

Mattia Rüfenacht began their education in 2010 when they completed a Qualified bank clerk program at CYP. Mattia then attended Berner Fachhochschule BFH from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Banking & Finance. In 2020, they obtained a Certified RPA Associate certification from UiPath. Mattia is currently enrolled at the University of Bern, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems.
