Nuala Martin has extensive experience in recruitment, coaching, and human resources, with a focus on empowering individuals for career success. Currently, Nuala provides CV and interview preparation services at Parasol, starting in February 2016. Previously, Nuala served as an Interview Coach at Smart Works Edinburgh, assisting unemployed women in building confidence for job interviews from November 2016 to June 2023. Nuala's background includes roles as a PMO Resource Manager at Royal London, a Resourcing Consultant at Standard Life Investments, and earlier HR positions at Royal London and AEA Recruitment, demonstrating a strong commitment to recruitment and employee relations.
