Gemma Waddington

Gemma Waddington has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Gemma started their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Contractor Financial Administrator before joining PwC as an Audit Associate and later becoming an Audit Senior Associate. During their time at PwC, Gemma gained experience in auditing a wide range of clients in various industries. Following that, they worked at British Airways in several finance roles, including Finance Analyst and Finance Business Partner. Most recently, they joined Novai as the Head of Finance, where they were responsible for managing the company's financial operations. Gemma's latest role is Finance Director at Paraspara, a well-funded start-up that is currently in stealth mode. Overall, they have demonstrated strong financial expertise and the ability to take on leadership roles.

Gemma Waddington's education history includes obtaining the APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management in 2019. Prior to that, they received their ACA degree from ICAEW between 2008 and 2011. In 2005, they completed their Masters in International Business & Economic Integration from the University of Reading.
