Elisabetta Burchi has a wealth of work experience in various roles and industries. Elisabetta began their career in 2017 as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Montefiore Health System, where they focused on Autism and Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum, Anxiety & Depression. In 2020, they joined Albert Einstein College of Medicine as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Addiction and Neuromodulation. Later that year, they pursued an MBA at INSEAD, where they were an MBA candidate until 2021. In 2021, Elisabetta joined Parasym as the Translational Research Lead, and in 2023, they were promoted to Head of Translational Research. Elisabetta also worked at Cytovia Therapeutics, initially as Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2021 to 2022, and then as Director of new product development and R&D alliances from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, Elisabetta served as a Board Advisor at Evexia Collective from 2022 to 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked in private practice as a Psychiatrist starting in 2019. Elisabetta Burchi began their education in 2007 at the Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicina. Elisabetta successfully completed their medical degree in 2013. From 2014 to 2019, Elisabetta pursued additional education at the same university through a residency program in Psychiatry. Following that, they attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine as a Post-Doctoral Researcher from 2017 to 2020. Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, Elisabetta attended INSEAD, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
