Clementino Ferreira Pinto

Clementino Ferreira Pinto is a telecommunications professional with extensive experience in fiber optic network management and maintenance. Currently serving as the Regional Coordinator for Luanda & Norte Fibra Óptica at Paratus Angola since July 2023, Clementino has previously held positions including Telecommunications Assistant at ACS-Angola and CEO and Co-Founder of 3Tel, where responsibilities included overseeing civil work for fiber technology networks. Clementino's technical expertise is complemented by a strong educational background, including a degree in Management Informatics from Universidade Gregório Semedo and ongoing studies in Business Administration.
