Lewis Hong

Lewis Hong serves as the Vice President of Discovery Research at Paratus Sciences since June 2022, leading drug discovery and development efforts in the Inflammation and Immunology therapeutic area. Prior roles include establishing the R&D site in Singapore and serving as the Senior Director of Therapeutics Discovery, where Lewis built a foundational R&D team focused on identifying novel therapeutic targets. Before joining Paratus Sciences, Lewis held significant positions at MSD, directing genomic and biomarker sciences to enhance drug targets in Cardio-Metabolic and Oncology fields, and as an Associate Principal Scientist for genomic biomarker platforms. Lewis’s academic background includes a PhD in Genetics from Stanford University and a BS in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
