Meghan Schnarr has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Meghan currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Paravision since September 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition and Manager of Business Operations at the same company from September 2021 to August 2022 and September 2020 to August 2021 respectively.
Before joining Paravision, Meghan worked at Terminal from 2017 to 2020, where they held the role of Manager of Shared Services from May to August 2020, Project Manager & Talent Acquisition Partner from September 2018 to May 2020, and General Manager from February 2017 to August 2018.
Meghan also served as the General Manager of Atomic's Canadian branch from November 2015 to January 2017.
Prior to that, Meghan worked at Motorola Mobility Canada as a Human Resources Business Partner & Office Manager from April 2014 to November 2015, and at BlackBerry as an Operations Manager from June 2012 to March 2014.
Their career began at CAMH Foundation, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO from October 2009 to June 2012.
Meghan Schnarr attended OCAD University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Design degree. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Conestoga College and earned an Ontario College Certificate in Bookkeeping with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they enrolled in Ryerson University from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Certificate in HR Management, specializing in Human Resources.
