Tammy O'Hara

Tammy O'Hara, CCUE, CLU, AAI, CCD, CIE, currently serves as an Executive Benefits Consultant at PARC Street Partners since October 2023, focusing on providing cost-effective benefits plans for credit unions and non-profits. As President and CEO of Tammy Douglass & Associates, LLC since June 2006, O'Hara leads a consulting agency specializing in employee benefits and financial education. Previous experience includes a role as Executive Benefits Consultant at OM Financial Group and as Vice President of Sales & Member Relations at CUES from July 2011 to October 2018, where O'Hara was instrumental in enhancing member relations and brand awareness.
