Paula Bierge Cabrera

Paula Bierge Cabrera is a qualified professional with extensive experience in the field of medicine and microbiology. Since October 2018, Paula has been working at Parc Taulí Hospital Universitari as a PhD in Medicine, focusing on clinical microbiology and infectious diseases. Paula has completed two international stays at Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade do Porto in 2022 and 2023, enhancing research expertise. Prior to these roles, Paula gained practical experience as a Quality Control Specialist intern at Rosso Gargano and as an intern in the Gastronomy and Food Security Department at ANGrup. Paula holds a Master of Applied Microbiology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree from Universitat de Barcelona, along with a scientific high school diploma from CIC batxillerats.
