Doğukan Tizer

Doğukan Tizer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Doğukan began their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Dalhousie University in Canada in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at IBTECH A.S., where they gained experience in server-side software development and architecture.

In 2013, Doğukan joined Garanti BBVA Teknoloji as a Senior Mobile Development Specialist and later became a Mobile Team Lead from 2018 to 2019. At Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, they focused on mobile app development and leadership.

In 2019, they joined Softtech as an Innovation & Mobile Development Architect, where they worked until 2022. During their time at Softtech, they contributed to innovation projects and mobile development.

In the same year, Doğukan also founded Mobiler.dev, a mobile innovation and software platform. At Mobiler.dev, they held multiple roles including Founder & Platform Manager, Community Manager & Founder, and Event Manager of Robowars.dev. These roles involved organizing events, managing the platform, and creating mobile software tutorials.

Currently, Doğukan is employed as the Head of Technology at Maxi Digital GmbH, a position they assumed in February 2020. Doğukan recently transitioned to the role of Head of Engineering in July 2022. In these leadership positions, they are responsible for overseeing engineering and technology operations.

Doğukan Tizer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ege University between 2006 and 2010. Doğukan also holds additional certifications including "Complete iPhone & iPad" from Intertech obtained in April 2014, "Developing Enterprise Applications using Spring" from Omega Training and Consultancy, "Developing RIA using HTML5, CSS3, and JS" from Omega Training and Consultancy, "Java EE Patterns Ed 1 PRV" from Bilginç IT Academy, and "Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Using Uml ED 2 Prv" also from Bilginç IT Academy.
