Chelsea Lee completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with Honors at the National University of Singapore in 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in various fields. These include the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in December 2022, and the HCLI-INSEAD HR Business Acumen Programme - Stakeholder Management for HR Leaders Certificate from the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), obtained in August 2022. Chelsea also obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics from Wharton Executive Education in May 2022. Furthermore, Chelsea holds certifications as a Newfield Certified Coach and has completed the Newfield Coach Certification Program in January 2022 and May 2021, respectively. Chelsea received a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) Non-FDW from NTUC LearningHub in January 2018.
