Product Team Lead - Customer Experience at Parcel Perform

Cris Jutte has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Marketing and Communication Assistant at Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland in 2013. They then worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as an Online Marketeer at Overstappen.nl, where they were responsible for search engine optimization and content creation. In 2015, they transitioned into a Product Manager role at the same company, leading a team in developing an insurance comparison tool and managing relationships with car insurers. In 2018, Cris joined savedroid AG as a CRM Manager, overseeing user acquisition and customer communication for a newly launched app. They then moved to Parcel Perform in 2020, initially as a Product Manager and later as a Senior Product Manager. Currently, as the Product Team Lead - Customer Experience, they are responsible for product management and development related to customer experience features at Parcel Perform, a leading delivery experience platform.

Cris Jutte's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at the University of Amsterdam to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2013, Cris proceeded to the same institution to obtain a Master's degree in Communication Science with a specialization in Persuasive Communication from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Cris also attended NIBE-SVV Opleidingen where they received two certifications in the field of insurance - Wft Adviseur Schadeverzekering Particulier and Wft Adviseur Basis.
