Caroline Crawford

Caroline Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline currently works at Pardon Inc. as an Associate Director of People and Culture, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of People and Culture Partner at Pardon Inc. from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Pardon Inc., Caroline worked at Likemind, where they started as an Executive Assistant in November 2018. Caroline later transitioned into the role of a People and Culture Associate, which they held from September 2019 to April 2022.
