Adam S. has extensive work experience, starting in 2010 with Marine Corps Recruiting. Adam worked as a recruiter, successfully onboarding 38 new hires and conducting over 280 interviews, exceeding assigned objectives. Adam was also a Recruiting Manager, supervising a staff of 11 and training and developing 22 recruiters, four of whom were later promoted to recruiting manager. Adam reduced new hire turnover from 19%. In 2019, Adam joined Parent Petroleum, first as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, and currently serving as the Vice President of the Lubricants Division.

Adam S. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General from College of DuPage in 2011. Additionally, Adam S. has acquired various certifications including the Recruiter Manager's Course from Marine Corps Recruiting in March 2013, Leadership for Non-Commissioned Officers from the United States Marine Corps in December 2012, and the Basic Recruiter's Course from Marine Corps Recruiting in April 2011.
